Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing chemical processes within our organization. The Chemical Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products while adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
Responsibilities:
Process Design and Optimization:
• Design and optimize chemical processes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to industry standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new and existing processes.
Project Management:
• Lead and coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives within established timelines and budgets.
Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality products.
• Identify and address issues related to process efficiency and product quality.
Safety and Environmental Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Implement safety protocols and monitor environmental impact.
Date Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports to management regarding process performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Research and Development:
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Contribute to research and development efforts to enhance existing processes and explore innovative solutions.




Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in chemical process design, optimization, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, ChemCAD).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
