Job Title: Wire Harness Technician - Military and Automotive


Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Wire Harness Technician with expertise in fabricating military and automotive wire harnesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reading engineering documentation, utilizing various tools such as tensioners, labelers, and soldering equipment. In addition, they should possess hands-on expertise in working with connectors, ensuring accurate and reliable connections. Expert knowledge of industry standards and quality assurance/control processes is essential. Excellent command of the English language is also required for effective communication within our team.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate wire harnesses for military and automotive applications according to engineering documentation and specifications.
Utilize tools and equipment such as tensioners, labelers, soldering irons, crimping tools, and connectors to ensure accurate and reliable connections.
Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in wire harnesses, making necessary adjustments or repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and handling of materials and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and quality assurance personnel, to ensure seamless production processes.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
About You:

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fabricating military and automotive wire harnesses.
You possess a strong understanding of engineering documentation and can effectively interpret technical specifications.
Your expertise in using tools such as tensioners, labelers, soldering irons, crimping tools, and connectors is exceptional.
You have hands-on expertise in working with connectors, ensuring accurate and reliable connections.
You have expert knowledge of industry standards and quality assurance/control processes.
Excellent command of the English language enables you to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
You are detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in your work.
Your problem-solving skills allow you to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
You have a transferable iqama.
