Job Title: Government Relations Officer, Preferred Nationality - Saudi & Expats

DESCRIPTION:

• Prepares all paper works required for the processing of Muqeem, GOSI, LO, Qiwa ,Ajeer and all other related government sites of employees.

• Prepares & maintains various reports as requested by his manager.

• Liaises with government offices, Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

• Processes the other government-related documents for staff through the proper channels as needed.

• Make sure HR system are matching & updated according to MOL sites (Muqeem, LO & GOSI).

• Work on staff injuries and report the cases & follow up tell its completed.

• Coordinate with expeditor for all requests & make sure all done.

SKILLS:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong command in Microsoft Excel,
• Good Experience in Microsoft office,
• Excellent administrative skills.


EDUCATION:
• Completion of High School or Secondary School, prefer bachelor’s degree,


EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of three (1) years related field.
