Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to learn all plant processes including maintenance, regulatory compliance including quality and safety programs, human resources activities and managerial and administrative functions.
• Ability to direct and influence employees to meet organization goals in the area of Cost, Quality, Service, Environmental and Safety.
• Direct and supervise all activities required to clean and sanitize the facility. Ensure all required processes and sanitation records are completed.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Check production output according to specifications.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
Experience & others:
• At least 5-10 years of a proven experience as factory Manager or similar role.
• Experience in food manufacturing/industrial industry required.
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Age below 50 years.
• Saudi Nationality preferred

Education:
Degree in relevant field, engineering or equivalent
Qualifications & Skills:
• Complete understanding of mechanics of operation.
• Manufacturing understanding in order to prioritize events.
• Advanced skills in MS Office.
• Decision-making confidence.
