We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Technical Specialist with a strong technical background and expertise in Cisco and Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, can speaks Arabic, and hold Indian nationality. As a Pre-Sales Technical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting with customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our services.
- Assist in preparing proposals, technical documentation, and other sales materials.
- Provide expert advice on the implementation of our products to meet customer needs.
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives and offering tailored solutions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding technical aspects of our products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, product management, and support to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- has certifications related to Cisco and Microsoft technologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in pre-sales or technical sales roles within the IT industry.
- any of Cisco certifications
- any of Microsoft certifications
- any other related certifications
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to effectively present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within the Middle East market is highly desirable Especially saudi arabia.
- Additional certifications related to cloud computing (e.g., AWS/Azure) would be advantageous.
