Description

We require a highly efficient Electro mechanical technician on an urgent basis. The potential employee should fullfil the following mandatory requirements.

SALARY PACKAGE

Salary - 5,000
Transportation - Company provided
Overtime - Provided
Annual vacation - 30 days

QUALIFICATION:

1. Degree/Diploma in Electro Mechanical engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
2. Transferable Iqamah is a must
3. Valid driving license
4. 4-6 years experience in Hako (or similar) installations, or other technical equipment repair work
5. Excellent communication skill
6. Additional licenses and certifications as appropriate
7. Good analytical and problem solving skills (complex customer service)
8. Possess initiative in undertaking installations and repairs
9. A good standard of physical fitness, well groomed appearance.
10. Occasional overnight trips travel required (up to 30%)

JOB DFDESCRIPTION

1. Commercial and Institutional installations of Hako Floor Care and Cleaning Equipment, and similar facility hygiene equipment for all customers.
2. Conducts preventive maintenance, warranty work, and repair services.
3. Complies with Reza Standards, procedures, guidelines, and food safety/HACCP practices (as trained) while installing and servicing equipment at customer premises.
4. Operates the HAKO Diagnostics computer system to provide on-site service.
5. Maintains accurate records of customer visits, and provides a customer service report for site visits, service inspections or completed work/repairs.
6. Maintains parts stock in vans, and accountable for records of receipt and issue to customer.
7. Informs customer (obtains approvals) for required spare parts and consumables. Advises customer of parts prices (quotations) for Purchasing paperwork.
8. Adheres to Reza and Customer OHS policies, procedures, rules, and safe work practices.
9. Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
10. Operates and maintains Reza vehicles, tools, and technical equipment safely.
11. Provide a high level of customer service with the focus on client satisfaction.
12. Responsible for pre-delivery inspection, preparations, and maintenance of Hako Floor Care and Cleaning Equipment, and other hygiene equipment as per Reza Standard and procedures.
13. Provides on-time service according to Reza Service Schedule System (3S).
14. Accurate Reporting and prepares spare parts notices/advise.
15. Coordinates with Sales staff to meet customer specifications and quality Standards.
16. Safely operates power and hand tools such as drills, grinders, crimpers, riveters, etc.
17. Complies with Quality Assurance activities.
