Position: IT Support Technician
Location: Tabuk, Al Ula, NEOM
Availability: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and IT infrastructure problems in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
Collaborate with end-users to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems and commonly used software applications.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused attitude with effective communication skills.
Valid and transferable Iqama is a must.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work on Saturdays.
