Description

Requirement for qualified Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) civil engineer.

1. Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
2. Professional Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and construction projects.
Previous experience in QA/QC roles, with a focus on civil engineering projects in KSA.

3. Certifications:

Certification in Quality Management is preferred, certification from reputable organizations i.e American Society for Quality (ASQ), such as the ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), is beneficial.
4. Knowledge and Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction codes, standards, and regulations.
Familiarity with international standards relevant to civil engineering projects.
Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, inspection techniques, and testing procedures.
Proficient in using QA/QC tools and software.
5. Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
6. Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
