Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stores Supervisor with a deep understanding of the ICT sector and expertise in utilizing ERP store management systems. The Stores Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of the company's stores operations, ensuring the availability and proper handling of ICT-related inventory. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the ICT sector, along with a strong IT background, strong auditing experience, and deep knowledge of the applicable ISO standards related to inventory and supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Develop and implement strategies for efficient management of ICT-related inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability of products.
Supervise the receipt, storage, and issuance of ICT equipment, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.
Conduct regular stock inspections, identify discrepancies, and take appropriate corrective actions.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and accurate record-keeping.
Store Operations:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and security of the stores area.
Implement appropriate safety measures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and maintain documentation related to store operations, such as inventory records, reports, and audits.
ERP Store Management Systems:

Utilize advanced knowledge of ERP store management systems to effectively manage inventory, track stock movements, and generate accurate reports.
Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and recommend system enhancements.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in ERP systems and propose system improvements to enhance store management efficiency.
Auditing and Compliance:

Conduct regular internal audits of store operations to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable ISO standards related to inventory and supply chain management.
Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions to address any non-compliance issues.
Stay up-to-date with the relevant ISO standards, such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Systems), and ensure adherence to their requirements.
Team Management:

Foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and resolve conflicts or issues within the team.
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on store performance, inventory levels, and stock movement analysis.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and make actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and procurement, to provide accurate information for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in stores management, preferably in the ICT sector.
Strong IT background with a deep understanding of ICT products and equipment.
Strong auditing experience, with the ability to conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards related to inventory and supply chain management.
Deep knowledge of applicable ISO standards, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
