Integrated Communication Services:
- VoIP services, including call centers and centralized systems
- PBX systems
- IP phones
- Sip Trunking programming
- Public Address Systems
- IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
- Audio systems

Networks and Data Centers:
- Network design and configuration
- Device connectivity and integration
- Network security
- Network management and maintenance
- Network upgrades and optimization
- Surveillance cameras
- Access control
- Smart intercom systems
- Firewall protection

Servers:
- Server design and configuration
- Server management
- Server security and protection
- Technical support
- Hosting services
- Backup and data recovery
- Cloud solutions

Interactive Screens:
- Interactive screens for various applications

Video Conferencing and Meetings Systems:
- Video conferencing systems

Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of integrated communication services, networks, data centers, servers, interactive screens, and video conferencing systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Providing technical support and training to clients.
- Analyzing customer requirements and providing effective solutions.
- Assisting in the deployment, configuration, and testing of new systems.
- Assisting in the development of network strategies and improving performance and security.
- Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network Technician in the field of integrated communication services.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the areas of networks, data centers, servers, interactive screens, and video conferencing systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
