Description


We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient operations, and maintain a high level of accuracy in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Supervise and manage the daily activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Implement and maintain accurate inventory control procedures.

Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.

Team Leadership:

Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring a high level of productivity and adherence to safety protocols.

Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of warehouse personnel.
Order Fulfillment:

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping processes.

Quality Control:

Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet company standards.
Investigate and address any discrepancies in received or shipped goods.

Equipment Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.
Ensure the proper functioning of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety procedures and guidelines within the warehouse.
Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Familiarity with relevant software, such as inventory management systems.
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA) in warehouse management.
