Job Description:

1. Quality Assurance: Follow quality control plans and procedures for construction projects; Monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, regulations, and quality standards.
2. Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of construction sites, materials, and completed work to identify any deviations or defects; Report to the Quality Supervisor and report observations or non-conformities.
3. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and compliance reports.
4. Problem Resolution: Identify issues, collaborate with construction teams to address deficiencies, and suggest corrective actions.
5. Communication: Liaise with contractors, engineers, architects, and regulatory agencies to communicate findings and ensure compliance.
6. Testing and Analysis: Perform or oversee tests on materials and structures to verify quality and integrity.
7. Training: Provide guidance and training to construction teams regarding quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Education: Diploma in construction or engineering field
2. Experience: Previous 7 year experience in construction, and minimum 3 years of inspection experience
3. Technical Skills: Understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes is essential. Familiarity with quality control processes, inspection techniques, and relevant software for documentation is also beneficial.
4. Attention to Detail: Keen observation skills and attention to detail to identify defects or deviations from standards.
5. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders and document findings accurately.
