Job Description: Procurement Quality Control Supervisor
The Procurement Quality Control Supervisor holds a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of quality control within procurement processes. This position involves supervising and managing vendor inspection activities as part of the contract scope while maintaining adherence to ISO-certified quality standards.

Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage vendor inspection activities as outlined within the contractual scope.
2. Ensure strict compliance with ISO-certified quality standards throughout procurement operations.
3. Develop and implement robust quality control protocols for all procurement activities.
4. Conduct comprehensive inspections of incoming materials and products to ascertain compliance with specified standards.
5. Assess and evaluate supplier performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues swiftly and effectively.
7. Maintain meticulous records of quality tests, inspections, and vendor performance evaluations.
8. Identify opportunities for process enhancement and lead the implementation of effective solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Quality Control).
• A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience specifically in construction field; minimum 3 years of direct experience in direct QC Procurement supervision.
• Demonstrated expertise in supervising vendor inspection activities in line with contractual obligations.
• Comprehensive knowledge and application of ISO-certified quality assurance principles and methodologies; internal or lead auditor certificate, ARAMCO approval as PQCS is a plus;.
• Profound familiarity with procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across teams and vendors.
• Proficiency in utilizing relevant software and tools for quality control and procurement management.
