Description

Site Manager (Maintenance and Construction) require to following skills and qualifications:

• Qualifications: Holding a mechanical engineering degree with Excellent construction site management skills.
• Aramco experience is a must (10-15 years).
• Able to read, understand and manage contracts.
• Can build trust and excellent relationships with the client with Effective communication. And good understanding of Client’s Goals
• Strong Knowledge about all Mechanical Systems (Piping, Vessels, Tanks, firefighting, HVAC, etc…)
• Knowledge of Aramco standard and international codes (ASME, ASTM, ANSI, API,…. etc)
• Should be able to identify new business opportunities in the plant and be able to negotiate contracts with the client.
• Should have a good understanding of construction tools, equipment, and maintenance techniques. He should be able to interpret technical drawings and contracts and be aware of safety regulations and best practices.
• Should be able to motivate and inspire the team members. He should be able to lead by example and be able to delegate tasks effectively.
• Site manager should be able to identify problems and find solutions quickly. He should be able to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
• Continuously observe and monitor the interface of all construction activities for all disciplines, assist managing Client in resolving any interface coordination issues.

Special Requirements:
• Transferable IQAMA is an advantage.
• SCE membership.
• Arabic Native Speaker (Preferred)
• Strong English communication.
