Position: HR Admin

1. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor the expiration dates of crucial documents, including Iqama, visas, Baladiya Card, and other certifications. Initiate and oversee the renewal process.
• Acquire essential documents such as Iqama, visas, Baladiya Card, bank accounts, insurance, and other certifications for new employees.
• Ensure the timely renewal and efficient management of all company documents necessary for smooth business operations.
• Facilitate and manage employee vacations, ensuring compliance with all required documentation.
• Oversee all documents related to company vehicles, ensuring timely renewal and compliance.
• Track and manage the payment of penalties associated with company vehicles, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with relevant authorities and agencies to streamline document acquisition, renewal, and penalty resolution processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee and vehicle documentation, upholding confidentiality and compliance standards.

2. Desired Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred nationality: Indian (Kerala), Philippines.
• Preferred age group: 24 – 29.
• Language proficiency: English, Arabic, Hindi.
