Project Engineer
10 years’ experience as a Project Engineer/Manager.
Salary: 5000 to 7000 Basic
Contract Duration: 1 year renewable
Work Location: Riyadh & Jeddah
Single Contract
Responsibility
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the department manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage multi-discipline projects and coordinate effectively among team members from different disciplines.
• Handle multiple discipline projects and efficiently manage time and project requirements.
• Demonstrate decision-making ability and leadership skills in managing challenging situations during projects.
• Stay informed about the latest rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards in the engineering field and ensure compliance in projects.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD.
• Report regularly on project status.
• Mentor project team and foster a motivated and efficient work environment.

Requirements and skills
• 10 years’ experience as a Project Engineer/Manager.
• Expertise in design software AutoCAD, MicroStation, and others
• Expertise in project reports, presentations, and data analysis
• Advanced MS Office skills especially MS Project
• Expertise in standards, regulations, engineering codes, and best practices.
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Expertise in Project Management and supervision skills
• Expertise in project risk assessment and mitigation plans
• Decision-making and leadership skills.
• Time management and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
