Description

Required Senior Mechanical Engineer with minimum 10 Years of experience in Building Construction Industry to work as consultant side in a construction site.
Must have the following experience:
1- Having previous experience working as a consultant.
2- Having previously experience working as a contractor.
3- Having experience with All types of Mechanical Systems in Building Construction (HVAC, Elevators, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting…etc).
4- Having knowledge with the national Saudi Code and International Code and Standards.
5- Have worked and completed high rise buildings (+20 story).
6- Knowing the Testing and Commissioning procedures.
7- Good English Language (Reading and Writing).
8- Able to work under pressure and good teamwork.
9- Good report writing skills.
10- Ready to relocate to Eastern Provence.
11- Full of Energy (age less than 50 years).
12- Able to review and evaluate shop drawings, design calculations and other submittals with proper reply.
13- Able to read BOQ, Specifications and Drawings.
14- Strong coordination and communications skills.
15- Available in Saudi Arabia is a must.
16- Able to work additional hours if required.
