Description

1. As an “Network/ IT Support Specialist” candidate must have proven experience to maintain and improve the technical systems of a company to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization’s important files and information remain safe and intact.
4. Installs software and necessary applications for workflow. Trains users on new software in person or through a variety of tutorial channels, including self-guided training videos, user manuals, and digital instruction pages.
5. Focusing mainly on configuration and servicing of the devices of IP surveillance and communication system for office environment.
6. Installation, upgradation and maintain Grand Stream System PBX for internal office communication.
8. Control all digital cPanel for all security certificate and their renewal.
9. Door Access and time attendance System, ZkTeco uFace 800 and ZkTeco F18 comply with biotime 8.5 software to access monthly time attendance record of all employee.

Requirements (Read JD's Carefully and Apply)

Nationality: All National
Must be available in Riyadh can join immediately after selection
0-2 years of experience in a similar role
Experience troubleshooting systems
Skilled in database programming and software installation
Proficient with MAC and OS
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Familiar with a range of software and hardware
Bachelor in Computer Science as minimum
Reasonable Salary will be offer to right candidate.
Installing new hardware devices or replacing malfunctioning ones while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
Developing scripts for automating tasks within the network infrastructure.
Configuring routers, switches, CCTV cameras, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Analyzing system logs regarding security events such as unauthorized login attempts.
Gathering data on usage statistics to determine the need for adjustments or repairs.
IT support services to deportments.
