Assess and evaluate trainees' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve training programs
Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and equipment to ensure we maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record in training and mentoring baristas
Extensive knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to adapt training techniques to suit different learning styles
