Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in food production engineering or a similar role within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation technologies.
Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
Proficiency in process optimization tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
