Job Specification: Project & Technical Supervisor
Position Overview:
The Project & Technical Supervisor, reporting to the Projects Manager, is responsible for overseeing and leading the operations of the Project & Technical Department within the Commercial Department. The primary focus of this role is to provide dedicated technical filtration assistance in complex projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions that align with customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:

Plan, organize, control, and direct all departmental operations to achieve revenue and budget objectives.
Team Leadership and Development:

Possess a deep understanding of company products, services, industry standards, and effectively coach teams.
Market Intelligence:

Stay abreast of industry trends through various channels, monitoring market fluctuations, and observing competitor activities.
Customer Retention and Expansion:

Sales Planning and Performance Monitoring:

Establish annual sales strategies with clear objectives, review and communicate sales figures regularly, and address performance gaps.
Reporting and Analysis:

Generate comprehensive reports on team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines, presenting them to management.
Client Relationship Management:

Assist in planning major strategic deals, visit key clients regularly to ensure satisfaction, and maintain strong client relationships.
Sales Process Optimization:

Create and optimize a distinct and scalable sales process, building a thorough database of client requirements.
Performance Benchmarking:

Benchmark productivity, quality, communication, and reporting standards, implementing improvements as needed.
Customer Complaint Resolution:

Acknowledge, analyze, and promptly resolve customer complaints, collaborating with necessary departments for maximum satisfaction.
Lost Opportunities Analysis:

Investigate and report on lost opportunities, encouraging the sales team to provide concise and honest feedback.
Invoice and Payment Monitoring:

Closely monitor and follow up on overdue invoices and payment collections.
Technical Selection and Project Study:

Conduct a full project study and provide technical selections for new or unfamiliar projects.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: 4-6 years
Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in both Arabic and English.
