Position Overview:
The Sales Officer/Business Development Officer plays a critical role in identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, sales acumen, and strategic planning to achieve sales targets and foster long-term partnerships with clients.


Responsibilities:
1). Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
2). Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
3). Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to address their requirements.
4). Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and bids in response to client requirements.
5). Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements.
6). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
7). Collaborate with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and project management, to ensure successful project execution.
8). Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
9). Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a technical or engineering-oriented industry.
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
