We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic healthcare team as we expand our polyclinic services. We are considering local candidate from Saudi Arabia.

Job Description:
* In charge of daily clinic operations and oversee of clinic staffs to deliver high-quality clinical care to patients
* Identify areas for improvement within clinic operations and implement necessary changes.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance with regulations.
* Work closely with the management and other departments to ensure seamless daily operations and the successful implementation of new initiatives.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Proven experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a polyclinic or multi-specialty setting.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement initiatives.
