1.2 Job Responsibilities
Physical Tasks Works with and assists team members with a variety of insulation support tasks Assistance with site cleaning Assistance with maintenance support Use of hand tools and power hand tools as required

1.3 Educational/Professional Qualifications/Training Certifications
Highschool diploma or equivalent
1.4 Job Experience
Must be physically able to perform manual labour Familiar with HSE standards, procedures and requirements Experience in performing physical tasks both in an indoor and outdoor area At least two years experience with insulation maintenance support At least two years experience with hand tools and power tools Insulation experience to include at least mineral/ceramic wool and aluminum cladding Similar industry experience is a plus
1.5 Competencies & Physical Abilities
Safety Focus Communication Operating Equipment as required Heavy Lifting, Pulling, Bending, Climbing, Kneeling, etc. Using Power tools (Drill, Saw, Wrench etc.)* Cleaning, Repairing and Maintenance
