Description

• Implement and enforce the company's Environmental Health and Safety Program, Rules, and Regulations.
• Conduct Safety Orientation and Induction for new and transferred employees.
• Provide modular safety training for drivers, workers, and staff.
• Perform routine safety inspections of trucks, work areas, and equipment.
• Take immediate action on identified hazards and report findings to supervisors and managers.
• Prepare detailed reports on irregularities, unsafe acts, and conditions for dissemination.
• Conduct safety inspections for all equipment, tools, and power tools.
• Report difficulties and submit recommendations to the Safety Supervisor/Manager.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks/meetings to ensure worker awareness of work sequences and equipment safety.
• Monitor the issuance and proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Investigate near-miss, incidents, and accidents to identify root causes.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports to the Safety Manager/Supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient incident/accident record system.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site engineers to eliminate incident/accident causes.
• Prepare and submit reports related to Environment, Health, and Safety to the Safety Manager/Supervisor and the client.
• Perform assigned tasks related to Environmental Health and Safety.
• Attend regular daily, weekly, and monthly safety meetings (internal and client).
• Raise and discuss observed issues and concerns during project safety implementations.
• Actively participate in the improvement and development of the Environmental, Health, and Safety Program.
• Contribute to creating guides and manuals with the goal of achieving zero accidents.
