We are seeking talented and experienced chefs and cooks to join our dynamic team. As a leading restaurant in Al Ahsaa, we specialize in international cuisine, offering a diverse menu inspired by flavors from around the world. We are dedicated to providing our customers with an exceptional dining experience, and we are looking for passionate individuals who share our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes from different international cuisines, including but not limited to Asian, European, and Middle Eastern.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and develop new recipes and menu items that reflect our international concept.
Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all sanitation and safety procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when needed.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a chef or cook in an international kitchen, with a strong knowledge of various international cuisines.
Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
