Responsibilities:

Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food and beverage options.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring high presentation standards.
Check on guests throughout their meal to address any needs or requests.
Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly resolving any issues or complaints.
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the dining experience.
Process guest payments and handle cash transactions.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
