Required Sales Engineer for electromechanical (Construction, Fit-out & Renovation) company.
Having experience more than 5 years

Duties and responsibilities
Bring new electromechanical construction project.
Visit new clients and making weekly reports.
Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals.
Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities.
Inspect, scope, photograph and estimate projects.
Maintain acceptable profit margins.
Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.

Preferred:

Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in the Sales field
Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships.
Experience setting ladders and climbing roofs.
