We are hiring Procurecument Engineer with more than 5 years experince and holding transferabel Iqama .

Responsibilities:

1-Searching and contact with suppliers to supply the main supplying elements used in production, infrastructure...
2-Evaluate the new supplier and issue report to the general manager for the new supplier status.
3-Deal and negotiate with the supplier to reach to a suitable price.
4-Following up the attached documents with the supplying materials (if needed).
5-Prepare the reports for the supplier’s status especially in the view of quality and prices.
6-Following up the suppliers for the delivery on time.
7-Contact with suppliers and choose the best of them in view of quality and price.
8-Prepare suggestion reports for the new suppliers or the suppliers have to remove from vendor list.
9-Review Contarcts , Negotiate terms with vendros and suppliers
10- Identify polential suppliers based on projects requirements
11- Process purchase orders to acquire goods
11- Shipments custom clearance.
