HRIS analyst – job description

main duties and responsibilities.

support hris short term and long term strategy by coordinating and implementing various automation program in coordination wit division and units.

administer the information systems .support , provide guidance & instruction to the system user and advise them on b=how to use the information systems effectively

supervise day to day activities of our hr information systems as hr system owner. analyses the technical issues , software issues, erp(sap) issues and troubleshoots them and coordinates with it.

conduct the analysis of the business and process requirement and design the system, effectively, logically and in east to use manner .conduct preliminary test on programming and maintain all the relevant process documentation.

perform regular assessment and improvements to the hrish as spoc .develop user procedures ,guidelines sops ad documentation. train new system users on new processes/functionally.

collaborate with hr team to identify system improvements and enhancements recommends and implements solutions. support process improvement. change management and process reengineering projects

manages permissions access , personalization ,and similar system operations and settings for hris users compile or assist with the acquisition of complex data reports , summaries ,and logs for senior executives and hr staff .also ,process and maintain periodic report of employee record data, develop reports

provide support for hr information system including ,but not limited to, researching and resolving system problems , unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities ;recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements .liaison with third parties and other stakeholders.

required qualification/experience

bachelor degrees information and technology, human resources, business administration or equivalent.

certification like cipd/shrm/sap or equivalent is preference significant experience in successfactors back end and implementation

years of experience required 5+years
