Description

We are looking for a Fit-out Planning Engineer to join our team! As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project schedules, monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project schedule using planning software.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain project information and update schedule accordingly.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Analyse project progress and identify potential scheduling issues.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to management.
• Collaborate with project team members to ensure schedule alignment.
• Develop and maintain risk mitigation plans.
• Attend project meetings and provide scheduling updates.
• Provide input on project resource allocation.
• Provide guidance on scheduling best practices to project team members.
• Ensure compliance with project scheduling standards and procedures


Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in High End and Large-scale turnkey interior Fit-out projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
