? Data encoder, data control, prepare the related reports.
? Proven data encoder work experience, as a Data encoder operator or Office clerk with computer operation
? Experience with MS Office and data encoder programs
? Highest Typing speed and accuracy up to 60 WPM.
? Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
? Entering customer and account data from source documents into a prescribed computer database, files, and forms within time limits
? Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities.
? Analyze data and present in to tables and create graphs as required.
? Maintains data encoder requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Electronic conversion & indexing
