Regional Sales Manager
Job responsibilities (need to develop the market in the early stage)
●
Develop WS and IR stores in the corresponding area and maintain relationships
●
Responsible for developing relevant customers and increasing their purchase volume and sales
●
Monitor the inventory and sales of relevant customers, and synchronize their purchase, sales and inventory data with the company in a timely manner
●
Supervise cooperative customers’ Xiaomi product placement rate, display, material usage, etc.
●
Responsible for managing self-owned and shared shopping guides and their work in stores in the region
●
Collect customer accounts in a timely manner to avoid bad debts
●
Timely issue or assist in issuing price adjustment subsidies, policy rebates, etc. to relevant customers
job requirements:
●
At least one year or above sales experience in the same industry
●
Very familiar with the local market and store conditions. Candidates with WS and more IR resources will be given priority.
●
English and Arabic can be used as working languages
Work location: Central District, East District, West District, South District, North District (as needed)
Salary:
●
Basic salary: 4,000-7,000 SAR (comprehensive salary 6,000-16,000 SAR)
●
Performance bonus: paid monthly if performance reaches standard (1,000-7,000 sha)
