MEP -BIM Engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
• 5 to 10 years of experience
• Experience in BIM modeling and BIM 360
• At least two years of experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Experience in supervising implementation
• Proficient in the programs SOLIDWORKS, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, CATIA, SIEMENS, Etab analysis, dulix, PLC, and SCADA.

BIM Architect
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 5 to 10 years of experience
• Experience in BIM modeling and BIM 360
• At least two years of experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Experience using the Baladi platform and the Riyadh Municipality
• Experience in supervising implementation
• Proficiency in interior and exterior design
• Works on programs (Revit, Navisworks, 3D Studio Max, LUMION, AUTOCAD)

BIM structural engineer
• Civil bachelor’s degree
• 5 to 10 years of experience
• Experience in BIM modeling and BIM 360
• At least two years of experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Experience in supervising implementation
• Proficiency in programs (SAP ETABS, STEEL STRUCTURE,)
