Position: Gardening Supervisor

Location: YANBU, SAUDI ARABIA

Salary: To be disclosed after the interview

Qualifications:

Graduation in a related field (horticulture, botany, landscape architecture, etc.)
Proven experience as a Gardening Supervisor for 3-5 years
Strong knowledge of plant care, landscaping, and horticultural practices
Ability to plan and execute garden designs
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in the use of gardening tools and equipment
Knowledge of pest and disease control measures
Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the gardening team
Plan and implement garden designs by the organization's goals
Monitor and maintain the health and appearance of plants and landscapes
Oversee the use of fertilizers, pesticides, and other garden-related materials
Provide training and guidance to gardening staff
Ensure the proper use and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall aesthetics of the property
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices
Implement safety measures and protocols in the garden area
