Inventory Specialist – MIS and Control Tower

Qualification:

University graduate (MBA is preferred) with min 4-5 Years’ experience in Auditing, Reporting Management, and expert on “Microsoft Office.”

Location – Dammam

Responsibilities & authorities:
• Responsible for conducting and ensuring the Inventory Cycle Count & API “Annual Physical Inventory” and Annual Assets count is done on time as per Company financial policies and procedures at all times.
• Assign a dedicated team for each location to conduct the Inventory count (Cycle & API) and Annual Assets count.
• The leader should conduct a periodic visit on regular bases anytime to all locations.
• Company might request the supplier to do a sunder Inventory count (Cycle & API) could be part of corrective action or a direct request to ensure the accuracy
• Provide weekly, monthly, and annual inventory and assets report for Company.

Day to Day Operations Responsibilities
• Ensuring the trimming flexibilities to cover the Warehouse & Yard shift timing (in & out).
• Ensuring the work safety requirements (Permit to work, PPEs, Risk assessment) are in place.
• Conduct the daily toolbox meeting (Pre-work assessment – discussion) for Brainstorming and share the lesson learned.
• Ensuring the team are implementing the right procedures, doing the right steps, and following the instructions.
• Ensuring the archiving process in place in both SAP & Manual Archive
• Ensuring the reporting time frame is followed.
• Ensure the working plan are in alignment with both Company and the third-party service provider.
• Ensure the implementation of 6s for the inventory items and assets.
• Ensure the quantitative and qualitative of the materials during any count and report any material damage by your team during the physical inventory and asset count.
• Completes warehouse auditing by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
• Run the Daily – Weekly & Monthly Reports on timely manner as per the KPI and assigned priorities.
