Hiring following positions for our client in Riyadh with following criteria

Position - FINACLE – Senior Support Analyst
Role:
Analyze Incident & collect required additional info
Check for available solutions, past incidents
Create a Case Knowledge Base
Develop standard diagnosis methods
Review & Consolidate case knowledge base
Make standard diagnosis available.
Manage ticket resolution with OEMs if required
Derive and implement Self Service Methods
Ascertain config and other changes required
Document the change details
Raise CRs as needed for implementing the fix, get approvals
Support Implementation
Co-ordinate with OEMs for fixes wherever required
Document component changes list

Skills required:
• Bachelor’s Degree / BE/B.Tech/MCA/MTech
• 8+ years of overall experience
• Must have Good functional and technical knowledge of Finacle UBS.
• Have a minimum of 5+ years of Finacle CBS production support.
• Solid understanding of BAU support, incident, problem management processes as well as escalation management across a diversified environment.
• Pro-active, independent, resourceful, and able to work in a team.
• Sound understanding of RDBMS / Unix.
Prior experience of working with retail banking clients is added advantage.

2. Position : IBM MQ SERIES – Senior Support Analyst

Skills required :
• Bachelor’s Degree / BE/B.Tech/MCA/MTech
• 8+ years of overall experience
• Development, installation, upgradation, administration, testing and deployment of programs using the middleware products like IBM Websphere MQ, Message Broker, ESQL, Java
• Develop ESQl for validating, logging and archiving the messages passing through.
• Defining SSL on MQ Channels
• Carrying a combination of Administration and development in MQ environment is added advantage.
• Experience in developing Message flows, message sets, message definitions using WMB toolkit
• Strong experience in scripting.
• Pro-active, independent, resourceful and able to work in a team.
• Prior experience of working in banking industry mandatory


3. FINNONE – Senior Support Analyst
Skills required :
• BS/BTech
• 8+ years’ experience working with Loan application systems (Finnone)
• Prior experience in technical development is required
• Experience in the production support -L2.
Consultant with prior Middle east or Africa client exposure is preferred but not a mandatory
