Our mission has been the same since the beginning: To save lives by teaching children all over the world how to become safe and confident swimmers for life. The ideal candidate will enjoy having fun while creating a safe and memorable experience for our Tot’s families.

Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Conducting ongoing assessments of students' swimming skills and progress to identify areas for improvement
Staying up-to-date with the latest safety guidelines and standards for swimming instruction and implementing them in all lessons.
Skills
Must be in good physical condition and able to swim long distances and perform rescue maneuvers as needed.
Need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and fitness regimen to be physically capable of teaching and performing rescue operations.
Ability to lead, inspire and motivate
Be willing, humble, friendly and driven
Open to learning
Enjoy working with children and families
Communication skills
English Language
