- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Computer Technician/Network Technician.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting various operating systems, such as Windows and Linux.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA) are highly desirable.
