Automation Technician

Basic Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Automation / Communication with 5 Years of working experience in FMCG / Food Industry preferably Bakery (Mixers, Oven, Proofer, Cooler, Packing machine, HVAC System)



Job Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic checks on system, monitor automated system and isolate problem and perform repairs.
Install, maintain, and replace automation systems at key points in the production process
Troubleshoot non-functioning components including servos, sensors, and control components
Log equipment usage, parts replacement, and scheduled maintenance to ensure maximum functionality
Periodically report to leadership regarding automation capabilities and status
Troubleshoots electrical issues
Inspects circuit breakers and other electrical components
Conducts general electrical maintenance
Reads and interprets blueprints and technical diagrams
Labels system components
Works standard computations relating to electrical load requirements of wiring
Assist with automation equipment assembly setup / troubleshoot / buy-off.
Ensure all work done meets manufacturing requirements at all times.
Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are upheld.
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
