 Manage technologies and provide administrative assistance for various systems
 Provide IT support for various System/network issues
 Set up equipment for new users (Computer, Printer, Cabling, etc)
 Good knowledge of network area, understand network switching and routing
 Administers and updates company website.
 Work closely with Network Administrator to resolve connectivity issues.
 Can troubleshoot Windows and Mac platforms
 Maintain high-quality 24/7 operations of all the company’s IT systems.
 Significant input into new product design and new product implementation
 Plans and performs appropriate procedures, documentation, inventory assessment, and other IT procedures.
 Assists Infrastructure Manager in performing his work
