Description

We are HIRING Design Architectural with 8 to 10 years of experiences.



Architectural Designer Responsibilities:

Prepare CAD drawings, sketching and modeling design concepts.

Produce technical drawings for floor plans, elevations, sections and three-dimensional models.

Collaborate with engineers.

Generate renderings and visualizations for client presentations.

Building codes, regulations and visualization standards.

Perform site surveys and analyze existing structures.

Assist lead architect with construction documentation.

Support project costing, material selection and specification development.

Engage with clients to understand program requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams.

Any other Responsibilities.



Architectural Designer Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in architecture.

A portfolio of completed designs.

Excellent technical skills, particularly with CAD software.

Strong creative design and time management skills.

Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

SCE membership is required.
