Job Title – a ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Responsibilities :
Solution Design: The ServiceNow Solution Architect will work closely with stakeholders to understand the business requirements and design a ServiceNow solution that meets those requirements.
Implementation: The ServiceNow Solution Architect will be responsible for implementing the ServiceNow solution, working with developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation.
Integration: The ServiceNow Solution Architect will be responsible for integrating ServiceNow with other systems in the organization, such as HR or IT systems.
Customization: The ServiceNow Solution Architect will customize ServiceNow to meet the specific needs of the organization, developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
Testing: The ServiceNow Solution Architect will be responsible for testing the ServiceNow solution to ensure it meets the requirements and functions as expected.
Documentation: The ServiceNow Solution Architect will create documentation of the ServiceNow solution, including requirements, design, and implementation details.
Training: The ServiceNow Solution Architect will provide training to end-users and administrators to ensure successful adoption and use of the ServiceNow solution.

Integrations
Flow Designers
Project lead
Scripting – Ajax scripts, Business rules, Client scripts, UI policies,
Script includes, Transforms maps, UI actions , Email Scripts and workflows.
CMDB implementation.
Worked on multiple integrations with tools like HPoV, Jira -ServiceNow integration using
Webhooks and REST API integrations for connecting in-house tools
Providing insights on utilizing the OOB HR cases module.
Leading BAU support team.
Email integration with CBRE system by generating XML from ServiceNow and acknowledgement.
OOB Reporting capabilities
Developing and configuring Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Catalog Client Scripts and Client Scripts, workflow.
Configuring Data Sources, Import Sets, scheduled jobs, SLA and Metrics
Configuring Integration through Data sources with Third Party application.
Providing support during the UAT process and postproduction deployment. •
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Experience with ServiceNow development, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including modules, databases, and security.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to design solutions.
