Roles &Responsibilities :-

AT LEAST 9 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE PLANNING FIELD. ONLY SERIOUS CANDIDATES MUST APPLY.

ONLY ARAMCO-CERTIFIED CANDIDATES MUST APPLY.

1. Reading BOQ, Drawings and Scope of work to Prepare Detailed Baseline and bar Chart, for various phases of projects, Engineering, procurement, and Construction.

2. Prepare the Project-related tools, templates, and schedules for the project manager.

3. Document schedule changes and keep time-phased copies of the schedule of the work as historical records as the project progresses.

4 Preparing Planning Tasks And Jobs Phase In Primavera P6.

5. Assign Resources And Linking Activity With Appropriate Predecessor/Successors.

6. Prepare Monthly Progress Reports including S-Curve With Planned Verses Actual Daily Progress.

7. Prepare Daily Progress Report With Highlights after discussion with a concerned engineer.

8. Prepare Daily Histogram /Cumulative Progress Curve Manpower Report Etc.

9. Work Directly with designers, Engineers, And Project managers to Produce WBS Plans As per the PMO/ Project Requirements.

10. Updating the baseline program using Primavera P6 software, recording all the mitigations done and the maintenance of the link using a change log sheet.

11. Assign duration, resources (Manpower, Materials and Equipments) and Budgeted Cost for each activity based on their weight factor & quantity/volume of work. And identify Long Lead items required in the Project.

12. Resource Planning and Forecasting of projects & activities.

13. Co-ordination with Internal teams, site staff in charge for all Planning activities.

14. Prepare and update weekly / monthly project reports.

15. Follow-up with the Subcontractor/ site team to monitor project progress and make reports.

16. Review the Subcontractor’s quotation for the execution stage in line with our Budget, Planned resources, and profitability.

17. Prepare Monthly progress Invoices and follow-up cash flows.

Skills

• Project Planning & Co-ordination using Primavera P6.

• Strong communication including writing reports and presenting.

• Understanding engineering principles and high Attention to detail.

• A Site Management background is beneficial

• Experience in fast-track projects.
