We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Rental Equipment Division.
Position: Business Development Executive (Rental Equipment Division)
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: [Dammam Eastern province]
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business strategies to expand the company's rental equipment customer base
• Identify and qualify potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Negotiate and close rental agreements, maximizing revenue and profitability
• Manage the rental process from start to finish, including order placement, equipment delivery, and invoicing
• Provide ongoing customer support and resolve any issues that may arise
• Support sales and marketing efforts by participating in product promotions, trade shows, and other events
• Create weekly management reports and provide updates to the GM
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia as a business development or sales in the rental equipment industry
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
