Hiring Project Engineer for a heavy lift (cranes) and transport company in Dammam

Requirements:
- Qualification: Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5 years in the same field - heavy lift (cranes) and transport
- MS office including MS Project Management, Excel, and Outlook
- Understanding of Drawings e.g.: Plot Plan, lifting plan, rigging plan
- Engineering Skill
- Good communication and writing Skills


Duties and responsibilities:
1 Prepare Lifting, Transport & Jacking Skidding Package as per client requirement
2 Manpower, Equipment and resource allocation
3 Record and follow up daily activity of each project
4 Prepare Mobilization Plan, loading plan and De-mobilization plan of Cranes & equipment’s
5 Prepare manpower, Equipment Daily & annual utilization reports
6 Prepare cash advance based on projects requirement and Coordinate with Finance for on time transaction
7 Coordinate with HR for manpower vacation, new joining, exit or any other issues
8 Forecast outsource manpower, equipment and material required for the upcoming projects and request same to Purchase Dept & follow up till delivery took place
9 Go to the Client /Plants for job explanation, meetings, site visit and job site based on requirement
10 Review monthly manpower and equipment time sheets
11 Follow up with Workshop for the readiness of equipment and incase of breakdown of equipment
12 Follow up for Plant ID Status, Transport delivery status
