Job description

QUALIFICATION: Degree in Mechanical engineering from reputed university.

EXPERIENCE; Minimum of 5 to 8 years hands on experience in responsible R&D position in mass production environment in reputed HVAC industry. Add on working knowledge in industrial /electrical /controls engineering as added advantage. Capable of handling design and development functions in making prototype units for field and lab tests and ensure the products for final production. Preference will be given for the candidates from India. Excellent salary and perks will be offered.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Work with new product development activities for evaporative cooling air conditioning system for Saudi Arabia and Middle East countries requirements.

Work with R&D department in creating product design layout, technical calculations, process and product parts design.

Able to design refrigeration circuits and components for add on cooling system.

Create 3D solid works design and drawings and also 2D design drawings for the new units.

Prepare prototype units with the manufacturing support and do full assembly of the models designed

Test the units for performance, reliability, quality and stability as well Psychrometric test with approved laboratory.

Create suitable vendor data base and source the suitable parts and drives for design and development.

Associate with manufacturing for monitoring the performance of the units at field test, reliability test and ensure the best product quality.

Plan out setting a suitable test facility for the new products testing and work closely to develop necessary quality and product certification process.

Full technical knowledge in electrical and electronics in system design.
