Role Overview:

Your role will involve implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and maintaining adherence to industry standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of QC inspectors to ensure compliance with mechanical standards and procedures.
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of mechanical installations.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address any quality concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Uphold a culture of safety and adherence to all safety protocols.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment used in Oil & Gas projects.
- Proven experience in quality control processes and procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
