Position :
Maintenance Engineer

Responsibility :
-Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
-Diagnose and troubleshoot any mechanical or electrical issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements
-Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
-Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and prioritize repairs based on urgency and impact on operations
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history, repairs, and maintenance costs
-Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in maintenance technologies and best practices
-Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to improve their technical skills and knowledge
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
minimum 3 years experience
Transferable iqama
