- Organize & consistently improve on our daily practices which will be significant against the competition in terms of how we do current practice & continue to enhance these processes:
‐ Identify methods & processes by which time can be reduced to process a shipment.
‐ Identify customers who need attention in documentation & education, and highlight the lapse to further improve capability in our current process.
‐ Ensure all documentation is checked before submission to customs to avoid penalties & delays in processing of clearance docs to customs.
‐ Meet organizational requirements and deadline
